Fourteen-day full refund
Lifetime and monthly purchases are eligible for a full refund when requested within 14 days of the purchase.
How to request it
Email [email protected] from the purchase email and include the order reference if available. Never send a license key, device private key, translated text or OCR content.
What happens to the license
A refunded entitlement is revoked. An installed app applies that state after its next successful license validation. Settings and local History remain available even when translation and OCR are no longer entitled.
Trial
The three-day trial requires no payment information, so there is no trial charge to refund.
